Why choose a doula?

Doulas are an enhancement to your labor. Having a doula provides you the support to navigate through your birth empowered and reminders of your strength. What I often see is women go in to birth without the understanding of what they are getting into and things can get out of control. Doulas simply guide mothers and their partners back to their strength. Doulas are there to serve. empower. advocate for the mother and their partner! It may seem like a luxury but I truly believe doulas are a necessity. If the cost is truly a burden to you please reach out to me so we can speak further.

With advocacy instilled in me from many younger years in high school and college to my passion for empowering women to speak up and find their voice. My mission is to give women access, expecting or not, to information, services, and to be a part of a community.
